Egypt’s new ambassador is welcomed by a group of Arab authorities in Brazil; FAMBRAS participated in the event

The Federation of Muslim Associations in Brazil (FAMBRAS) participated yesterday (27) in an honorary reception to welcome Her Excellency Mrs. Mai Taha Khalil, Ambassador of Egypt. The invitation to the event was extended by the Dean of the Council of Arab Ambassadors in Brazil.

As part of the group welcoming Mai Taha Khalil, Bassim Zoghbi, Director of Halal Operations, represented the Federation during the hospitality moment. This gesture further signifies the strengthening of the social ties of the organization with Egyptian authorities, as Brazil and Egypt also maintain bilateral relations through trade partnerships.

The reception was organized by His Excellency Mr. Ibrahim Alzeben, who, on behalf of the Council, invited the leadership of the Federation. The dinner took place at the Embassy of Palestine in Brasília, Federal District.

 FAMBRAS wishes Her Excellency Mrs. Mai Taha Khalil a successful tenure full of accomplishments.
