FAMBRAS Participates in a Visit to the University of Brasília

On August 24, the Federation of Muslim Associations of Brazil (FAMBRAS) visited the University of Brasília (UnB) in a courtesy visit. The meeting, held in the university’s Rectorate building, aimed to strengthen ties and foster dialogue between the two institutions.
Representing FAMBRAS were Ali El Zoghbi, Vice President of FAMBRAS, Delduque Martins, Director of Projects and Institutional Relations at FAMBRAS, and Omar Chahine, Director of Commercial Intelligence at FAMBRAS. They were received by the Secretary for International Affairs of UnB, Professor Virgílio Almeida, and Professor Charles Rocha.
During the visit, topics of mutual interest and opportunities for future collaborations were discussed, although the meeting was characterized as a courtesy visit, with no specific agenda for proposals or formal agreements. The encounter reflects the interest of both institutions in maintaining a close relationship and collaborating on initiatives that could benefit the academic community.
