FAMBRAS Accompanies Visit of Representatives from the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language to the Ministry of Education in Brasília

The Federation of Muslim Associations of Brazil (FAMBRAS) accompanied a delegation from Saudi Arabia yesterday (27) during their visit to the Ministry of Education (MEC) in Brasília. Abdulhameed Abdulsamad Q. Abdulaziz, the Director of Research and International Studies at the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language (KSGAAL), presented projects aimed at promoting the Arabic language and culture in Brazil and learned about initiatives for the training of Brazilian students and teachers.
They were present the Vice President of FAMBRAS, Ali Zoghbi, the Director of Projects and Institutional Relations, Delduque Oliveira Martins, and the Director of Commercial Intelligence, Omar Chahine.
It is worth noting that, in addition to the meeting at MEC, Abdulaziz visited the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), the Rio Branco Institute, the University of São Paulo, the University of Brasília, and met with Professor Geraldo Adriano Campos, Director of the International Center for Arab and Islamic Studies (CEAI) at the Federal University of Sergipe (UFS). The delegation also visited the FAMBRAS headquarters in São Paulo and Brasília.
