FAMBRAS bids farewell to Sheikhs sent by the Ministry of Awqaf of Egypt to two Mosques in Brazil

Yesterday (18), the Federation of Muslim Associations of Brazil – FAMBRAS, represented by Ibrahim Sabri from FAMBRAS’ Projects Department, attended the farewell of the delegates from the Egyptian Ministry of Religious Affairs to Brazil: His Eminence Sheikh Hamed Moawad Hegazy Mohamed Diab, from the Muslim Charitable Society of São José dos Campos, and His Eminence Sheikh Mohamed Abdelhady Ramadan Abdelhady, from the Mosque of Santos.

At the airport, along with Sabri, were the President of the Sheikhs of Awqaf, Antar Beltagy Beltagy Rezk Elashry; the President of the Mosque of Santos, Hussein Jamil El Malt; the President of the Cubatão Mosque in Santos, Mohamad Jamil El Malt; the President of the Muslim Charitable Society of São José dos Campos, Hamza Taha; the Board Member of the Mosque of São José dos Campos, Mohamed Alkadri; the Board Member of the Mosque of São José dos Campos, Assam Said; and the President of the Mosque of Jundiaí, São Paulo, Hamssi Taha.

FAMBRAS, always present at the most significant moments of the Muslim community, expresses its gratitude for the presence of these distinguished Sheikhs in Brazil and reiterates its commitment to strengthening the unity and development of the Islamic community in the country.
